Refund Policy

Because bots and indicators are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final once the files or license have been delivered. If a product does not install or function as described and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review a refund on a case-by-case basis.

You can cancel the signals subscription at any time to stop future billing. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable. No partial refunds for unused days.

Where a refund is approved for a crypto payment, it is returned in the same cryptocurrency at the amount received, net of network fees.
